Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women is designed for ambitious women who are the primary decision-makers in their businesses. Applicants should meet the following criteria:
Primary decision maker
Owner or co-owner of the venture
Annual turnover more than ₹30 lakhs
Business operational for at least one year
A minimum of 3 employees

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women is a global initiative that provides business and management education, mentoring and networking opportunities, and access to capital for women entrepreneurs. The program is designed to help women entrepreneurs grow their businesses, create jobs, and foster economic growth. Since 2008, the program has reached over 200,000 women across more than 150 countries.
In India, Goldman Sachs partners with premier academic institutions to deliver the program curriculum. The partnerships with IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, and IIM Lucknow ensure participants receive a world-class business education from globally recognized faculty and experts in management.
The program is open to women entrepreneurs from all industries. The curriculum focuses on foundational business skills and strategic growth frameworks that are applicable across various sectors.
The program is designed for established women entrepreneurs who are key decision-makers in their businesses. Applicants must be the owner or co-owner of a business that has been operational for at least one year, has a minimum of three employees, and generates an annual turnover of at least ₹30 lakhs. Previous graduates of the 10,000 Women program are not eligible.
